Booking and cancellation
Payment
- 30% deposit to confirm the booking
- Balance due 60 days before arrival
- Online bookings processed securely through Smoobu
- Bank transfer accepted for direct bookings
Cancellation policy
- More than 90 days before arrival: the deposit is refunded.
- Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount paid is retained and non-refundable.
- Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount paid is retained and non-refundable.
Minimum stay
- 5 nights minimum off-peak
- 7 nights minimum in Mid Season and High Season
Security deposit
A refundable €5,000 security deposit is taken by card on arrival and released after departure, provided no damage is found.

House rules

- No smoking indoors
- Parties and celebrations are welcome. Inviting guests beyond the 18 covered by the booking is by prior arrangement only.
Fire safety
- The Agriates region is at high risk of wildfire. Open fires and charcoal or wood barbecues are prohibited outdoors from 1 May to 31 October, in line with local fire-prevention regulations; an electric plancha is provided.
- The indoor fireplace is for use from autumn to spring.
- When smoking outdoors, please use the ashtrays provided and take the greatest care.

Booking questions
Casa Battagliola welcomes up to 18 guests across the main house, independent studios and garden accommodation.
Booking direct means no third-party commissions. You get the same rate, the same direct support, and the ability to personalise add-ons in advance.
Yes — most add-ons can be added or adjusted up to 7 days before arrival. Just send us a message and we'll update your booking.
We strongly recommend it. A policy covering cancellation, illness and lost luggage protects your booking from unexpected events.
Online bookings via Smoobu use secure card payments. Bank transfer is also accepted for direct bookings.
For larger groups or specific event dates, we can hold dates for up to 7 days while you finalise your group. Send us your dates through the contact form.
